Team Registration (Sept 1, 2026 to Aug 31, 2027)
Welcome! This form is for both new and returning swimmers registering for the September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027 swim year.
Registration takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. During registration, you'll update your family's information, review annual team policies, identify family members who may complete Service Hours, choose your swimmer's registration type, and purchase optional team merchandise.
Service Hours & Volunteers
Throughout this registration, SwimTopia uses the terms "volunteer" and "job sign-up." On the Sebastopol Sea Serpents team, these are your Service Hours. Volunteer jobs are how families complete their required Service Hours during the swim year.
Who should be listed?
Please include everyone who may complete Service Hours for your family during the season. Each person who may complete Service Hours for your family should have their own account during registration.
