Team Policies
The 2026 Team Policies document, includes information about registration, fees, payment procedures, monthly dues, service hour requirements, and required swim meets.
Auto-pay for monthly dues - upon joining the team, an email will be sent from QuickBooks to review the details, enter preferred payment information, and accept the recurring payment. After intitial setup, monthly dues will be automatically charged on schedule every month and a receipt for the payment will be sent by email.

Financial Assistance Program
Sebastopol Sea Serpents (SSS) have established a Financial Hardship Assistance program to support swimmers and their families who need help in covering the cost of annual registration and/or monthly dues. Any team member meeting the selection criteria is eligible to be considered for Financial Hardship Assistance.
