Auto-pay for monthly dues - upon joining the team, an email will be sent from QuickBooks to review the details, enter preferred payment information, and accept the recurring payment. After intitial setup, monthly dues will be automatically charged on schedule every month and a receipt for the payment will be sent by email.

SSS Access, Outreach & Retention Program
Sebastopol Sea Serpents provides confidential, need-based assistance so that financial hardship does not prevent an athlete from participating. Assistance may be available for USA Swimming/Pacific Swimming Outreach athlete membership, SSS annual team registration fees, monthly training dues, and other approved team costs.
Awards are determined individually based on demonstrated need, family circumstances, and available funding. Families submit one application listing all athletes in the household. Approved assistance remains in effect through August 31, 2027, unless modified or withdrawn under the program policy.

Families requesting the $5 Pacific Swimming Outreach athlete membership should also review the current Pacific Swimming Outreach qualifications.
Applications and supporting documents are reviewed confidentially by the SSS Executive Officer. Please do not submit financial documents through the general website contact form.
